The Ōrākei Yacht Club is a small and enthusiastic yacht club, which races radio controlled yachts on Orakei Basin.
The club also hosts a mix of fun club events and points racing, which includes handicapped and club championship events.
The club has NZ and international yachting representatives within our membership. Experienced members are always willing to assist and advise other members and new or prospective members of the club.
Several social events are held each year, including after sailing BBQ’s, prize nights and Christmas gatherings.
