Free Blood Pressure Checks with the Heart Foundation

Know your numbers, protect your heart. High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but if it stays too high for too long, it significantly increases your risk of a heart attack or stroke. To help our community stay healthy, the Heart Foundation (Te Whare Manawanui) is hosting a free walk-in clinic on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Come along to 9 Kalmia Street, Ellerslie, to meet with a heart health promotor and get your blood pressure checked—no appointment or booking is necessary.
