An informative Zoom conversation about leaving school

We formed this collaboration team in 2016 and have been running workshops since then but we have changed it up this year to incorporate many more subjects, we would like anyone that is interested either families, providers, schools or anyone who would like to understand the disability supports to attend. Collaboration team are from Real World Living, Flying Kites and Complex Care Group
