There is a fantastic family-friendly weekend activity popping up right in our local neighborhood this week. The annual Ellerslie Brick Show is coming to the village for a full day of incredible LEGO displays. Hosted in association with the Auckland LEGO© User Group, this event brings together some of the most impressive, intricate brick creations to explore right in the heart of the community. It makes for the perfect weekend outing to bring along the kids, or the big kids at heart, to marvel at what can be built entirely brick by brick. Entry fees ($5) are payable at the door on the day, with special family passes available and free entry for the youngest builders under three years old.
